These terms apply to bookings for Tarqi Talks. Tarqi Insaan is run by Ankur Rajendra Panchal, Mumbai. Contact details are on the Contact page.

Bookings

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on each series page.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and we’ve sent you a confirmation.
• One ticket is one seat at one episode. A series pass is one seat at every episode of its run.

At the talk

• Please follow the venue’s rules, including its age policy, shown on each series page.
• What’s included with your ticket is listed on the series page for that venue.
• We may take photos (see Privacy).
• We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who disrupts the talk or others, without refund.

Changes

We may occasionally need to change a talk’s time, venue or content. If that happens, see Refund & cancellation.

Liability

We take care to run safe, enjoyable talks, but we’re not responsible for personal belongings, or for the venue’s food and drink service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
